Ok So I Am Currently Doing The Acia Berry Diet

I started the Acia Berry Diet a few days ago, so far my energy is up (so thats not a lie), but my appetite is still at an all time high (so that is false), I have lost 2 inches in my upper abdomen, a 1/2 inch in my mid abdomen, and 1 inch in my low waist, and a half inch in my hips,  The bathroom though seems to be a priority in my day, I have also started taking Biotin for my hair and nails since my hairdresser recommended it, I have been taking Welbutrin to quit smoking for the last 2 months, but up until I started taking the Acia Berry I was smoking the same, Since taking the Acia Berry and Biotin I have noticed a significant decrease in smoking as well as a decrease in the cravings, I am not sure if Acia has anything to do with it, or if its all psychological but that is making me pretty happy, considering when people quit smoking they tend to gain weight maybe this was all just perfect timing.

I haven't been in the gym for over a month and a half <nice waste of money> but since doing the Acia Berry I have been given the drive to pop in my Yogalaties video after my daughter goes to bed, 3 seperate workouts a total of 20 minutes Abs/Arms/Butt

I have also found a neat website offering homemade beauty recipes including Body Wraps I have heard some raves about Body Wraps and the ability to lose inches from them in an hour, since I am older now the pregnancy with my daughter was a lot different then that of the boys, I noticed my skin got lose so I am going to do a slimming body wrap I found at  http://www.craftbits.com/project/slimmers-body-wrap-recipe this site is great you all should check it out.
Stay tuned for my next couple of Posts I am currently waiting for my Lifecell arrival and I am going to talk about my ridiculous fascination with Joe Jonas. LOL
